Fees
Initial Consultation: $350
Includes review of in-depth questionnaire completed by client;

Subsequent case work-ups (1.5 - 2hours)
Remedy Recommendation
Brief Follow-up at 7 and 10 days post first remedy dose
Follow-Up Appointments: Pro-Rated @ $150 per Hour
Remedies: Typically $25.00 per 8oz. bottles
$20.00 per 4oz. bottles
Shipping Costs: Vary depending on mailing location
Missed appointments: $50.00 without 24 hour notice
