Initial Session
During your first visit we will:

Identify Core Wounds

Use Integrated Attachment Theory tools to provide immediate short-term relief

Begin creating a safe and supportive foundation for deeper Work

Subsequent Sessions
In following visits, we will continue to explore and address:
​

Core Wounds and emotional patterns
-
Limiting thoughts and beliefs
-
Unmet needs and communicative styles
-
Tools and strategies to achieve permanent relief from emotional pain and self-imposed limitations
​
Most clients experience significant improvement within 6-8 weeks through ongoing coaching. Maintenance sessions may be scheduled every two weeks, monthly or occasionally as needed.
